1. Agreement and operator
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of xtremetranshub.com and any membership with Xtreme Trans Hub (“XTH”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. 2. Adult-only access and age verification
This site contains sexually explicit material intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and it must be legal for you to view adult content where you are. By entering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you will not let any minor access the site through your account or devices. We may require age verification at any time and may suspend access until it is completed. See 18+ Disclaimer and Age Verification.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your membership is personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. We may limit simultaneous use or suspend accounts that show signs of sharing or abuse.
4. Content license and intellectual property
All content on the site, including videos, images, text, logos and the XTH brand, is owned by XTH or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. While your membership is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for your own private, non-commercial viewing. You may not download (except where a download feature is expressly provided), copy, record, screen-capture, redistribute, re-upload, sell, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights or was published without consent, use Content Removal and Complaints; we respond to valid DMCA and removal notices promptly.
5. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: access another person’s account; bypass paywalls, access controls or age gates; scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site; use bots or automated tools without permission; introduce malware or disrupt the service; impersonate anyone; harass, threaten or abuse performers, staff or other users; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Any material involving minors, non-consent, coercion, trafficking or exploitation is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
6. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
Plans, prices and billing periods are shown on Membership and Billing at the time of purchase. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency through CoinPayments; network fees and exchange-rate differences are your responsibility. Memberships give access for the period purchased. If your plan renews, you will be asked to pay for the next period before it begins, and access ends at the end of the paid period if you do not renew. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may change prices for future periods with advance notice; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
7. Records, disclaimers and liability
All performers appearing on the site were at least 18 years old at the time of production. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are described on our 18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance page.
The site and content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XTH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Termination, governing law and changes
We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund where permitted by law, if you breach these Terms, share your account, attempt chargebacks or fraud, or create legal risk for us or others. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring claims locally. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify members before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
Anti-Trafficking Policy
Xtreme Trans Hub has zero tolerance for human trafficking, coercion, exploitation and any content involving minors. We do not accept content based only on a claim of ownership; every performer must be a verified adult who freely consents to participate and to distribution. Anyone, member or not, can report a concern through Content Removal and Complaints or at [email protected]. We review every report, remove content pending investigation where appropriate, protect reporters from retaliation, and cooperate with law enforcement.
Content Protection & Consent
We publish content only where we hold the rights to it and documented, informed consent from every performer covering its distribution on this site. Consent to participate does not mean consent to every use, so we confirm the scope of releases and licenses before publishing. Unauthorized copying, impersonation and non-consensual material are prohibited. Performers or rights holders who want content reviewed or removed should use Content Removal and Complaints; we act on valid requests promptly.
