1. Who is responsible
This Privacy Policy explains how Xtreme Trans Hub (“XTH”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit xtremetranshub.com or become a member. Xtreme Trans Hub is responsible for your information. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Account information: your username, email address, password (stored only in hashed form), membership plan and status, and favorites you save.
Payment information: payments are processed by CoinPayments in cryptocurrency. We do not receive or store wallet private keys or card numbers. We keep transaction references, the plan purchased, amount, currency and payment status so we can activate and manage your membership.
Communications: messages you send to support and, if you subscribe, your email address for our newsletter.
Technical and log data: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time, referring page and error or security events, collected by our servers and by Cloudflare for security, performance and abuse prevention.
Cookies: see section 5.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to create and run your account, provide member access, process payments and renewals, confirm age eligibility, answer support and content-removal requests, send service emails (such as receipts, password resets and account notices), send the newsletter if you opted in, keep the site secure and prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, your consent (for example, the newsletter), and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, remember your session and protect forms against abuse. Cloudflare may set security cookies to detect malicious traffic, and our video player may use browser storage needed for playback. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but logging in and member features will not work without essential cookies.
6. Retention and security
We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle renewals, disputes and legal requirements. Payment and transaction records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. Server and security logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. We protect information with encrypted HTTPS connections, hashed passwords, access controls, firewalls, file-integrity monitoring and backups. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in Europe and the UK, and the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have the right to know what we collect and not to be discriminated against for exercising their rights; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We may ask for limited information to confirm your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in each email.
How to use your rights. Whatever your location, you can ask us at any time to:
- See your data: tell you what personal information we hold about you, if any, and give you a copy.
- Correct it: fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete it: erase your personal information and close your account, except records we must keep by law (for example, payment and anti-fraud records).
- Stop emails: stop sending you marketing or newsletter emails. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Raise a concern: tell us about any worry you have about how we use your data.

8. Adults only and policy changes
XTH is strictly for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that a minor has provided information, we will delete it and close the account. Report concerns to [email protected] or through Content Removal and Complaints.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify members by email or on the site before the changes take effect.
