Who can ask us to remove content
Xtreme Trans Hub takes consent, safety and ownership seriously. You can ask us to remove or restrict content if you are:
- A performer who appears in the content.
- A person who appears in content without having consented to it, or whose intimate image has been shared or altered without consent.
- The owner of a copyright or other rights in the content, or someone authorized to act for them.
- Anyone who believes content shows a person under 18, shows violent or harmful acts, or is otherwise illegal.
You do not need an account or a membership to make a report. Safety reports (underage, non-consent, violence) can be made anonymously, but without a reply address we cannot tell you the outcome or ask follow-up questions.
How to report
Use the contact form and choose the topic “Content removal”, or email [email protected] with the subject “Content removal”. Please include:
- The link (URL) to each page or video, plus the title and timestamp if you have them.
- What the problem is: no consent, underage concern, copyright, privacy, or other illegal content.
- Your relationship to the content (for example, “I am the person shown” or “I represent the copyright owner”).
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate and made in good faith.
- Your name (or a representative’s) and an email address where we can reply.
Never send copies of the content itself or suspected illegal material. Do not send passwords or payment details. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Copyright (DMCA) notices
Copyright owners may send a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act to [email protected]. Include: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material you want removed; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the same type of information. We may restore the content as allowed by law. A counter-notice does not override a separate consent, safety or legality concern.
What happens after you report
- Acknowledgement: we aim to confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- Urgent reports: reports of non-consensual content or a possible minor are handled first. We disable the content while we review it, normally within 48 hours of a valid request.
- Review: we check the report against our records, including performer consent and age records. We may ask you for more information to confirm your identity or authority.
- Outcome: we aim to resolve most reports within 5 business days. We remove the content, restrict it, or keep it online if the report is not supported, and we tell you the result and the reason by email. Where required by law, we report suspected child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities.
We keep reports confidential as far as the law allows. We do not take action against anyone for making a report in good faith.
Appeals
If you disagree with our decision, whether you made the report or you appear in or own the content that was removed, reply to our decision email or write to [email protected] with the subject “Appeal” within 30 days. Explain why the decision should change and add any new information. A different team member who was not involved in the first decision will review the appeal, and we aim to respond within 7 business days. If a performer and Xtreme Trans Hub still cannot agree about consent to their content, we are willing to have the dispute settled by a neutral third party, such as an independent mediator agreed by both sides. Content stays offline during an appeal about consent or age.
Repeat infringers and misuse
We close the accounts of members who repeatedly upload, share or redistribute content they do not have the right to share. Knowingly false reports, including false copyright notices, may lead to account closure and may create legal liability for the person who sent them.
Other options and governing law
