Adults only
Xtreme Trans Hub contains sexually explicit material intended only for adults aged 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. If you are under that age, or adult content is illegal where you are, you must leave this website now.
Our age rules
You may only visit, register or buy a membership if you are at least 18 (or the age of majority in your location, if higher) and you are legally allowed to view adult material where you are. By using the site you also agree not to let anyone under 18 see or use your account or any content from it.
How we check age today
- Entry warning: the first time you visit, the site asks whether you are 18 or older. Choosing Yes stores a cookie on your device so the warning is not shown again for 30 days. Choosing No takes you away from the site.
- Registration: to create a member account you must tick a box confirming you are 18 or older. We record when you confirmed it and the IP address used.
These steps are self-declarations: they rely on you telling the truth. Giving a false age breaks our Terms of Service.
Additional verification
Where the law of your location requires it, or where we have reason to doubt a member’s age, we may require additional verification, such as a government ID check or an age check by a third-party provider, before allowing access. We may also block access from locations where we cannot meet local age-verification requirements. If we introduce such a check we will explain on this page what is collected and how long it is kept.
If verification fails or a minor is suspected
If we believe an account belongs to someone under 18, or a member does not complete a required age check, we will block access and may close the account immediately. Accounts closed because the holder is under age, or gave a false age, are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy; where a minor made a purchase, we will review it case by case and refund to the original payment wallet where we can.
Report a suspected underage user
If you believe someone under 18 is using this site, or appears in any content, email [email protected] with the subject “Age report” and include the username, page link and why you are concerned. We review age reports as a priority and will remove content or close accounts while we investigate.
Performers
Every performer appearing on Xtreme Trans Hub was at least 18 years old at the time of production. Each performer’s age and identity are checked against government-issued photo ID, and records are kept as required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A. See our 2257 Compliance Statement. Records are maintained by the Custodian of Records, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Parental controls
Parents and guardians can help keep minors away from adult websites with filtering tools offered by device makers, internet providers and parental-control apps. We support these tools and do not market to minors.
Privacy, changes and governing law
Age-related information is used only to keep minors off the site and to meet legal duties, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update this policy as laws or our verification methods change. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Questions: [email protected].
